Gluten-Free Garlic and Rosemary Breadsticks

(makes 6-8 breadsticks per 300g bag of mix)


Made with Bosquet Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix

Ingredients for breadsticks:

• Bosquet Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Mix
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 5 oz. water

Ingredients for garlic and rosemary topping:

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary


1) Preheat oven to 375°F
2) Prepare Bosquet Gluten-Free Pizza Dough as instructed on package, making sure dough is not too sticky or too dry (more water or brown rice flour can be added as needed to help dough reach the proper consistency)
3) Divide dough into 6-8 evenly sized portions
4) Roll each portion into a 6-inch x 1-inch log and place on greased cookie sheet
5) Use brush to spread garlic and rosemary topping generously onto each breadstick
6) Bake in oven for 10-11 minutes or until golden brown.
