Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

made with Bosquet Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Bosquet Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ c powdered sugar

Instructions:

Bosquet Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix1)     Preheat oven to 350°F

2)     Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, in bowl and thoroughly mix until dough holds  together

3)     Pour powdered sugar onto separate plate

4)     Roll dough into 24 1-inch balls

5)     Roll balls in powdered sugar until lightly coated, brush off excess

6)     Place dough balls two inches apart on cookie sheet

7)     Bake for 10-13 minutes or until tops are cracked and edges

8)     Remove pan from oven and let cookies cool completely
