INGREDIENTS: SUGAR, SWEET BROWN RICE FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, TAPIOCA STARCH, BROWN RICE FLOUR, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF BAKING POWDER (GLUCONO-DELTA-LACTONE, SODIUM BICARBONATE, CORN STARCH, MONOPOTASSIUM TARTARE), BAKING SODA, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SALT, UNSALTED BUTTER POWDER, XANTHAN GUM.
• Cookie Mix (454g)
• 2 Eggs, Large
• 6 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
• 1 Cup Sugar (Optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients, except sugar, in bowl and thoroughly mix until dough holds together.
3. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
4. Shape dough into 25 (1 -inch) balls.
5. (Optional) Roll dough balls in sugar until lightly coated.
6. Place dough balls two inches apart from each other on cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 10-13 min at 350°F.
Do not eat raw cookie dough.
